Join MLFCU for another year of spreading kindness on CU Kind Day, Monday, October 14th!
From today until Oct. 14, 2024, Mountain Laurel Federal Credit Union will be celebrating our annual CU Kind Day . This nationwide day of kindness gives credit unions the opportunity to showcase the credit union difference by donating, volunteering or simply showcasing what they have done throughout the year.
If you would like to be involved and share in our Kind Day, please check out our opportunities below.
Starting Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024, the St. Marys branch will be collecting donations for the St. Marys Adult Day Services. Located in the lobby are slips with items that are needed. Please take a slip and return the item to the branch by Friday, October 11th, 2024.
The Bradford branch will be collecting new and gently used books to donate to the local “Free Library” blessing box. Donations will be accepted until Friday, October 11th, 2024.
The Emporium branch will be collecting water, Gatorade and light snacks for First Responders for CU Kind Day. Donations will be accepted throughout the month of September and will be delivered the first part of October. Let’s give back and help by supporting our brave men and woman who sacrifice their lives for their community.
The Port Allegany branch is collecting pet supplies for CU Kind Day. They will be collecting from now until October 11th. They will then be donated to Teacher’s Pet Rescue. Please help our furry friends!
The Warren branch is collecting items to donate to The Faith Inn for CU Kind Day. The Faith Inn provides temporary housing shelters that is available to homeless individuals or families. Please consider donating some of the items listed above. They will be collecting until Oct. 11th.
